At Gourmet Market, you’ll find the best in local, national and international cuisine, with eight different stands all using the best-quality ingredients in their dishes.

The stands

Delicatessen

From the best Iberian ham and award-winning Canarian Uga cheese to the most delicious pickles and gildas (pepper, olive and anchovy skewers), it’s the perfect place to start your evening of tapas.

Pintxos

Inspired by Basque Country taverns, we offer a wide range of freshly made traditional and special pintxos, such as Canarian black pudding with Padrón pepper on bread. The flavours just explode in your mouth!

Meat dishes

Tasty, top-quality meat cuts grilled in our Josper wood and charcoal oven. Meat lovers can choose between beef tenderloin, top loin steak, black pork steak, Iberian pork shoulder, and many more.

Fish dishes

Don’t worry, we haven’t overlooked the delicious flavours of the sea. As well as grilled salmon, tuna and prawns and fried squid strips, we also offer delicious fresh oysters opened as you watch, which you can wash down with a glass of exquisite champagne.

Egg dishes

Where would Spanish cuisine be without tortilla or croquetas? Our traditional Spanish potato omelettes are cooked with or without onion, with additional ingredients including chorizo, pork or smoked salmon. They're joined on our menu by the tastiest, creamiest croquetas you’ll find.

Asian dishes

We bring you the most exotic flavours of Asia, in the form of makis and nigiris using the freshest fish available, vegetable, prawn and chicken gyozas, steamed bao buns with bacon or oxtail, and much more.

Desserts

For diners with a sweet tooth, we offer a wide range of homemade desserts, prepared daily, including cheesecake, chocolate cake, chocolate truffles and freshly made crepes to suit all tastes.
